The next Consultants-Online CPD approved workshop is scheduled for 7/8/9 November 2007 at the Willows Garden Hotel in Potchefstroom.
The workshop is called Network Design for Automation Professionals and will deal with the design, specification and configuration of secure Ethernet and serial networks as found in industrial control systems.

Our first Information Technology for Automation Professionals workshop was a huge success. Representatives from leading South African companies and the public sector participated in our highly specialized and hands-on 3 day workshop in the Willows garden Hotel in Potchefstroom. The participants were satisfied with the knowledge and skills shared and were impressed with the high quality manuals supplied and practical work completed.

The workshop is over a three day period consisting of five (5) sessions during which time two modules will be completed:
ITAP-101- Basic theoretical background and technical support information.
ITAP-102 - Practical module accompanying ITAP-101 covering practical exercises with fully documented instruction based on the software provided on the Security Tool Kit.
