CPD support

Continued Professional Development  (CPD)  is the means by which members of professional associations maintain, improve and broaden their knowledge and skills and develop the personal qualities required in their professional lives.

A formal system of recording CPD for engineering practicioners has been introduced through the Engineering Council of South Africa in 2006.  CPD related regulations is poised to be passed by parlement by the end of 2007.

Consultants-Online offers support for CPD through various services including:

• the hosting of CPD registered training workshops
  
• support for the hosting of online training materials including material that is published under free licences.
  
• support for the formal  recording of  individual CPD profiles and training activities as required by ECSA.
